RETURNS POLICY

If you receive an item that is faulty, we will happily repair or replace it if possible or provide a refund on the return of the faulty item.  If you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods to organise the replacement or repair.  

Please note that we are unable to provide a refund or exchange for change of mind, personalised or custom orders. 

Whilst every effort is made to ensure your item is perfect, we are human and sometimes mistakes are made. If you find a fault with your item, please contact us straight away as we are always happy to help!
